The film aims to deliver a “New Year + Valentine’s” double celebration filled with laughs and romance.
Often described as a modern, youth-friendly take on All’s Well, Ends Well, the movie uses down-to-earth Taiwanese-style humor to explore marriage, family dynamics, and generational clashes. The film stars two-time Golden Horse winner Liu Kuan-ting alongside Hong Kong Best Actress winner Jennifer Yu Heung-ying as newlyweds forced to hold two separate weddings in a single day—because the groom’s divorced parents refuse to attend the same ceremony.
