On December 29, Honor officially unveiled the design renders of its upcoming smartphone, the Honor Power2, via its Weibo account. The new device features a refined matte metal frame combined with an integrated cold-carving manufacturing process, delivering a more premium and cohesive design. According to the official schedule, the Honor Power2 will be launched on January 5 at 7:30 PM.
In terms of color options, the Honor Power2 will be available in Sunrise Orange, Snowfield White, and Phantom Night Black, offering a balance between bold style and classic elegance.
IT Home noted that the Honor Power2 has already appeared on JD.com for pre-order. The device will be offered in 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB configurations, with pricing yet to be announced.
Based on current leaks and official teasers, the Honor Power2—positioned as the second-generation model of the Power series—continues the “light outdoor new species” concept introduced by its predecessor, while delivering comprehensive upgrades to core specifications. The smartphone is rumored to feature a 6.79-inch LTPS flat display with a 1.5K resolution of 2640×1200.
Thinness and battery life are expected to be major highlights. Previous leaks suggested that a mid-range device equipped with a ~10,000mAh battery could achieve a thickness of just 8.X mm. Given the processor configuration and launch timeline, industry observers widely believe this device to be the Honor Power2. The phone is also expected to introduce an all-around endurance system, combining long-lasting battery life in a slim form factor, 80W fast charging, 27W reverse charging, and an intelligent charging engine.
