Tesla officially launched its third-generation single-phase home charger, emphasizing intelligence, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.
The charger supports 7kW rated power, allows scheduled charging to take advantage of off-peak electricity rates, and features charging whitelist management and smart anti-theft functions. Tesla offers a 2-year warranty, with replacement service available during the warranty period.
The charger weighs approximately 3.4 kg, comes with a 5-meter cable, and can be linked to up to 10 vehicles, making it convenient for family or community shared charging.
The current official third-generation single-phase home charging package is priced at CNY 5,200, including:
- One successful site survey
- Installation plan design and quotation
- Charger installation and commissioning
- 3*6mm cables within 40 meters and basic construction
- One circuit breaker and residual-current device with installation
- Necessary auxiliary materials for cable installation
