🔹 Committee Chairs Discuss Implementation of 11th Session Agenda
The meeting was co-chaired by Ri Jong Ho, DPRK Minister for External Economic Relations and Chair of the DPRK side of the committee, and Alexander Kozlov, Russia’s Minister of Natural Resources and Environment and Chair of the Russian side.
The two sides reviewed the implementation of the key issues raised during the committee’s 11th session, focusing on practical progress and future cooperation in areas such as:
- Expansion of bilateral economic and trade projects
- Strengthening mechanisms for scientific exchange
- Coordinated efforts on resource development and environmental protection
🔹 DPRK Prime Minister Meets Russian Delegation, Stresses Strategic Ties
Later that day, DPRK Premier Kim Tok Hun met with Minister Kozlov at the same venue. The Prime Minister emphasized the DPRK's commitment to deepening long-term cooperation with Russia, particularly in strategic sectors such as energy, science, and infrastructure.
He expressed hope that through this committee, both countries could continue to build institutional trust and accelerate tangible outcomes.
