September 1 – IT Home – In July this year, MINISFORUM introduced its powerful M1 Pro Mini PC, featuring Intel’s cutting-edge Core Ultra processors, to overseas markets. Now, the high-end Ultra 9 285H variant has officially arrived in China. The 32GB + 1TB configuration is priced at ¥5,489, while the 64GB + 1TB model comes in at ¥6,159.
The MINISFORUM M1 Pro Ultra 9 285H packs exceptional performance into a remarkably compact form factor. Measuring just 128 × 126 × 52 mm and weighing only 0.6 kg, its volume is a mere 0.84 liters. The chassis is crafted from aerospace-grade, unibody aluminum alloy with a sleek silver finish, complemented by a black rear I/O panel. For cooling, it employs a robust thermal design with dual fans, dual heat pipes, and a phase-change thermal interface material (TIM). This ensures efficient heat dissipation, maintaining idle temperatures at 47°C, full-load temperatures below 86°C, and keeping noise under 45dB under heavy workloads.
Inside, the M1 Pro offers dual-channel DDR5-6400 SODIMM slots (1DPC) and two M.2 PCIe 4.0 ×4 SSD bays for flexible storage expansion. Networking is equally advanced, with an Intel 2.5GbE wired LAN port alongside Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 wireless connectivity. The audio setup includes dual speakers paired with an AI noise-cancelling microphone for crystal-clear communication.
In terms of I/O, the front panel hosts a power button, two USB-A 10Gbps ports, one full-function USB-C 40Gbps port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. On the rear, you’ll find the DC-in power connector, one 2.5GbE RJ45 Ethernet port, a DisplayPort 1.4, an HDMI 2.1, another full-function USB-C 40Gbps, a USB-A 480Mbps port, and an OCuLink 4i interface connected via an M.2 slot. For added security, a Kensington lock slot is located on the right side.
With its premium build, robust connectivity, and high-performance components, the M1 Pro Ultra 9 285H sets a new benchmark for compact computing in the domestic market.
