(Kuala Lumpur, April 16) The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) has confirmed that national women’s doubles player Pearly Tan will miss the 2026 Uber Cup due to injury.
National doubles coaching director Rexy Mainaky said the decision was made after a final assessment of her physical condition ahead of the tournament. “Pearly is not currently at the level required for competition. We had to make a decision to ensure the team can compete at its best,” he explained.
